eine immer wieder gerne gestellte interviewfrage ist: "warum glaubst du, dass so wenige frauen sich im rock bzw. elektronikbusiness versuchen?"
ich weiss es eigentlich nicht. female pressure zählt schon über 800 eintragungen, von weiblichen dj´s produzentinnen, promoterinnen weltweit. aber anscheinend doch immer noch zu wenig um große aufmerksamkeit zu generieren.
selbst local heros hat mittlerweile 20 ausgaben am buckel, aber noch keine einzige weibliche produzentin gefeatured. asche auf mein haupt.
dafür die nächsten vier wochen geballte frauenpower, hier in diesem blog. und ich verspreche, auch vermehrt darauf zu achten, dass produzentinnen hier zum zug kommen.
heroin no.1: miss electric
eigentlich nur halb locale heroin, da sie eigentlich nicht aus oberösterreich ist, aber da sie hier lebt und arbeitet geht das wohl in ordnung.
Music always has been a special way for me to communicate with people. When i saw first time a deejay playing records i knew - this is my appointment. In the year 2003 i began collecting records and had my first gig in the club PACHANGA (Linz,Austria) Mostly i had my gigs at local Clubs and much private Events. Now i play national and international. As a new member of Female Pressure i started to produce and make some projects with my boyfriend Chris Ecker in the Techno-Area but in first case i play Minimal, Deep Minimal and Minimal/Techno. My productions are made by the programs - Ableton Live and Native Instruments - it sounds like Minimal and Minimal/Techno. Influenced from one of the biggest deejays and producers in the minimal sector - RICHIE HAWTIN - i am trying to be flexible with my technique and my feeling to bring the dancefloor at its top. So i just want to say: "Let the Rhythm takes you
